Gratitude & Foundations
A dedicated space to honor the mentors, families, loved ones, and communities who have shaped my journey, inspired my work, and helped me to grow.
Spiritual Foundation
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – Founder of Sahaja Yoga
“For igniting the spark within.”
I owe my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. She initiated my deepest desire to understand myself in a profound, meaningful way, reshaping how I view human interaction with the world. Through the practices of Sahaja Yoga, she gave me true purpose.
My Spiritual Family
To my Sahaja Yoga brothers and sisters: you are my absolute rocks, and you are pure gold. You are a community that supports others without end. One of the greatest reasons I continue to practice Sahaja Yoga is the desire to become more like all of you. Thank you for your unwavering support.

To the Families I serve
I am incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with so many beautiful families. Thank you for allowing me to support you, and for teaching me endless gifts. Witnessing your incredible struggles against adversity, and the sheer courage and determination you show to overcome challenges, has transformed me immensely.
My Anchor & Home
My Family
To my Mom and Dad, thank you for always being there to support me from the very beginning. To my husband, who is my absolute rock. And to my children and grandchildren—you are my most incredible, endless source of joy.
Professional Mentors & Pioneers
Sonia Story – Brain and Sensory Foundations
Sonia’s incredible courses (Levels 1, 2 and 3) and her work with rhythmic movements sparked my entire journey into primitive reflexes. I am forever grateful for that massive shift in my understanding of developmental foundations and how they affect the transitions of life.

Moira Dempsey – Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi)
A true Australian icon. Moira developed rhythmic movements alongside Dr. Harald Blomberg back in the 1980s. She is a wonderfully humble, grounded human being, and I bow to her incredible resilience and strength. Even as she moves into her later years, she continues to travel the world, running programs and courses. Hats off to you, Moira.

Emma McAdam – Therapy in a Nutshell
“For making mental health tools accessible to everyone.”
Emma’s incredible YouTube channel and mental health resources have been an invaluable part of my learning. Her gifted ability to break down the nervous system, trauma responses, and emotional processing into bite-sized, practical skills has helped me understand how to support my families in a unique, profoundly grounded way. Pauline & The Mittagong Preschool Team
Pauline has been an icon as the director of Mittagong Preschool for 25 years. Thank you for providing such a beautiful environment for me to work with my “little kiddos” and support your staff. The educators who support these children are next-level human beings. If I ever had a second lifetime, I’d probably come back as an early childhood educator—this age group is pure, unfiltered joy.
